About the products

Produced in the EU

All our products are produced in the EU. The foam comes from one of Europe's leading foam producers in northern Italy, where it is also processed. Covers are sewn in Denmark with materials from one of Europe's leading manufacturers of technical textiles in Belgium.

The basis of the products is the viscoelastic LR polymer, which with its pressure-distributing properties, high tear strength and unique washability (up to 95°C) makes it ideal for use in the demanding environment of the operating room.

Safe4OP products are developed using the latest technologies, including measurement of the interface pressure between the body and the surface.

Safe4OP is a combination of finished solutions/products and templates that can be used as a starting point for the design of special products.

Safe4OP is equipped with a black, removable PUR-coated cover that can be washed at 95°C and tumble dried. Is antistatic, meets the requirements for conductivity and is x-ray transparent.

Operating tables are a non-uniform size, often specially adapted to the specific use. If purchased solutions are to function optimally, the upholstery must take this difference into account. Safe4OP does this by offering a modular concept and specially designed products according to the task.
